Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient. We use reputable carriers, such as Royal Mail, DPD and Hermes to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Tracking is standard for all deliveries. In the event that no one is available to receive the item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item re-delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Overseas deliveries: The European and International delivery options become available once you select a non-UK country (exclusions apply) as part of the delivery address. Please allow 5-10 business days for European Deliveries.
A tracking number will be sent to you. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
